1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from weartunic.com ("the Site," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility
Anyone may purchase from this Site. If you are purchasing on behalf of a minor, or a minor is using a payment method with permission, the responsible adult accepts these Terms on their behalf.

3. Products & Verse Assignment
WearTunic™ sells premium apparel featuring a Bible verse reference woven onto the back collar. Verses are assigned at random from our curated verse library during fulfillment. Customers cannot select, request, or guarantee a specific verse. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this random assignment as a core feature of the product, not a defect.

Product images, colors, and descriptions are presented as accurately as possible; minor variations in color, thread tone, or fabric may occur due to manufacturing and monitor display differences.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of inventory.

5. The Offering
Every order includes The Offering — a unique promotional code for 10% off a future WearTunic™ purchase, with no expiration date. The Offering is a promotional discount only. It is not store credit, cash value, a gift card, or a charitable/tax-deductible donation. Codes may not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise at checkout.

6. Tap to Verse™
Verse Polo products include a passive NFC chip embedded behind the collar patch, used solely to direct a compatible phone to a webpage displaying the verse's full text and reflection. We do not collect personal data through the NFC tap itself beyond standard, anonymized web analytics on the linked page.

Every order also includes a hang tag with a printed QR code linking to our general verse lookup page, where you can manually enter your reference if needed.

NFC Durability: Our NFC chip supplier states the chip is rated to withstand over 100 washing cycles under normal laundering conditions. This figure is a manufacturer specification, not a guarantee — actual durability may vary based on washing method, detergent, drying method, and general wear.

7. Intellectual Property
"WearTunic™," "The Verse Polo™," "Tap to Verse™," "The Offering," and all associated logos, marks, and site content are the property of WearTunic LLC and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

8. Shipping
See our Shipping & Returns page for processing times and shipping costs. The Refund Policy governs the terms of any refund issued.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WearTunic™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, consistent with WearTunic LLC's state of registration.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
